Code of Federal Regulations

The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) are the documents that provide the detailed requirements across all areas regulated by the federal government. You can select the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) link to see the wide range of information covered in the CFR from public parks, to energy, firearms, public safety and of course mining.

It is Title 30 of the Code of Federal Regulations named: Mineral Resources that address the regulations for mining. Within the Title 30 Mineral Resources, there are numerous topics that are called Parts covering mine equipment, training of miners, health and safety practices as well as emergency procedures.
